Ashokkumar Mistry is Looking for Dancers for New Collaboration between Ashokkumar Mistry, Balbir Singh Dance Company and Cathy Waller Company

Following a successful Arts Council England grant, artist Ashokkumar Mistry is looking for dancers as part of a new collaboration between Ashokkumar Mistry, Balbir Singh Dance Company and Cathy Waller Company.

Dancers will be needed initially for one week of research and development.

This project explores the creation of a performative system, using potential data interpretation as a metaphor for different interpretations of culture by neurologically diverse groups eg. ADHD, dyslexics, people with tourettes. The idea of data driven performance will be extended by looking more closely at how data permeating from one artist may be used to drive the actions of another.
