Aterballetto is the leading Italian company, major in a contemporary dance repertory, that in the last years has collaborated with the choreographers Jiří Kylián, Johan Inger, Hofesh Shechter, Andonis Foniadakis, Jiří Pokorný, Cristiana Morganti, Giuseppe Spota, Eugenio Scigliano, Michele Di Stefano.
In June 2018 Aterballetto will play at Piccolo Teatro Strehler of Milan, coproduction with CTB – Centro Teatrale Bresciano, Tempesta, choreography by Giuseppe Spota and original music by Giuliano Sangiorgi.
In September the new production is Bach Project, with live music, coproduction with MITO SettembreMusica, Torinodanza Festival | Teatro Stabile di Torino – Teatro Nazionale and MILANoLTRE Festival. The evening is composed of a new creation by Diego Tortelli and Sarabande by Jiří Kylián.
The purpose of the audition is to find one female dancer, one male dancer (with a contract for the 2018-19 season) and interns to enter directly in company, or to accompany Aterballetto on a training path, which also includes participation in certain productions.
