Catch8 Workshop Series

Luke Murphy-Attic Projects is delighted to programme and produce Ireland’s first professional contemporary dance workshop festival.

The Catch8 Workshop series is a new initiative by Attic Projects in collaboration with Cork Midsummer Festival and hosted by The Firkin Crane. The Catch8 Workshop Series will run from June 17th-24th with two workshops by Irish and International Choreographers and Performers daily.

The Catch8 Workshop Series invites an intimate group of professionals to Cork City for eight days of training, creativity and sharing, opening new opportunities in training and development for the Irish dance community and introducing international dancers to a host of Irish work.

Workshops will run in two sessions daily from 9:30am-12:30pm and 1:30pm-4:30pm.
All registered students will receive special offers and discounts on performances and events throughout the Cork Midsummer Festival.
Faculty for the workshop series includes performers from Punchdrunk, Akram Khan, Hofesh Shechter, Ultima Vez, Damian Jalet and a host of Europes most exciting new choreographers.
