Choreographed by Ryan Heffington, Hostage is a very informative performance that illustrates the science of HIV through dance. The dance video, narrated by Julianne Moore and directed by Blake Martin, presents the fight between HIV and immune system, and offers a potential solution, a new E-vaccine.
The project is part of the campaign #ENDHIV by the non-profit organization Abzyme Research Foundation, that has as its mission to “fund the research and development of a promising new vaccine technology that has the potential to finally end the worldwide battle against HIV/AIDS.”
