J CHEN PROJECT is casting male and female dancers for our newest evening length, “The Shadow and The Like” to be premiered at Dixon Place this Fall 2016. Check out the video reel from ‘Never Was Broken’ to get a sense of our style:
Audition:
SUNDAY, JULY 10
Begins at 2PM
DANY Studios 305 West 38th Street, 3rd Floor
REQUIREMENTS: Seeking hard-working dancers with strong modern and ballet technique, a flow to their movement and an open-minded perspective on life. Other preferred skills are partnering and improvisation, since we use both in our creative process. Dancers must work well with others, add to a positive and supportive work environment and be open to exploring their own voice as a dancer and collaborator.
