Lucy Guerin Inc is seeking male dancers for the Company’s upcoming tour of Motion Picture to France & Belgium in January/February 2017.
Auditions will be held for professional male dancers with strong contemporary technique and improvisation skills.
Audition Date: Saturday 25 June, 2016
Time: 10am – 3pm
Venue: Lucy Guerin Inc Studio – 28 Batman St, West Melbourne, 3003
Applications: Applications are to be submitted online via our online application form.
The audition will involve a warm-up followed by set movement phrases, tasks and improvisation frameworks.
If selected applicants will need to commit to the rehearsal and touring period below, as well as subsequent touring.
Dates for rehearsals and touring if successful:
Rehearsals: 2 weeks; 12 – 23 December 2016, Mon-Fri at Lucy Guerin Inc Studios, Melbourne
Sun 15th January – Sun 12th February 2017 – various venues in France & Belgium

We are on the search for dancers who are currently based in Melbourne or close by. Applications from dancers based outside of Melbourne will be accepted but travel and accommodation costs for the audition will not be reimbursed.
Important: Applicants MUST have a valid visa for working in Australia and be able to travel overseas with the tour.
