Directed and animated by Dario Imbrogno and a cinematography by Giancarlo Morieri, OSSA is a stop motion short film that shows the dance performance of a puppet, deconstructed in time and space. On her unwilling ballet dance OSSA is harassed by the camera, the lighting and even by the hand of the animator guiding her to a new beginning of the cycle.
This impressive short film has won the Audience Award Stop Motion Barcelona Short Film Festival 2016.
Other short film by Dario Imbrogno is OTTO, another ‘must watch’ short that has won many prizes and recognition.
