Shobana Jeyasingh Dance (SJD) is looking for imaginative, creative and skilled contemporary dancers (male) for the re-staging of Bayadère – The Ninth Life.

The production will rehearse in August/ September 2017, followed by a UK tour.

You should have at least 3 years of professional experience performing with a company, strong technique and enjoy a collaborative and creative approach in the studio.

If you are interested in working for Shobana Jeyasingh Dance, please send a suitable YouTube film clip (or similar) of you dancing, together with your C.V. to [email protected]. Please note that the film must show your strengths as a dancer and performer.

Audition will be by invitation only.

Closing date:            16th May 2016, MIDDAY

London audition:       w/c 30th May 2016* and w/c 20th June 2016*

*Please indicate your availability for the two weeks

Please note that successful candidates may also be asked to return for a second audition, dates tbc.
