Vinicius Salles is looking for 2 dancers for the R&D stage of his production of OX, an exciting original immersive piece fusing dance and physical theatre.
Choreographer, filmmaker and performer Vinicius Salles has performed with companies such as Punchdrunk, Gecko and Jasmin Vardimon. He currently teaches at Royal Holloway University and works as rehearsal director with Jasmin Vardimon.
We are especially keen to meet with versatile dancers with very strong improvisation and devising skills. You should be a dynamic and charismatic performer with strong contact/partnering skills and an interest in acting and narrative, and ideally with excellent contemporary dance technique.
We welcome applications from physical performers/dancers, regardless of age, race, sexuality or disability, and will make appointments based solely on the ability to fulfil the requirements of the post.
Full availability from mid-July 2017 to the first week of August 2017 is required. Equity rates.
Where & when: Successful candidates will be invited to a full day’s audition on 28 April 2017 in London.
