Teatrul de Balet Sibiu (Romania) under the direction of Mr. Ovidiu Dragoman, is seeking for classically trained male dancers, aged between 18+ years old for the new season 2025 – 2026 commencing on 18th of August 2025
Teatrul de Balet Sibiu offers for its dancers:
– Reimbursement of flights for the beginning and end of the season
– Romanian public health insurance
– Full salary according to the – Copy rights and related rights contract for 11 months, with the possibility of prolonging.
– Ballet shoes
– Minimum 2 premieres/season
– Minimum 2 international tours/season
– National tours
– Extra payments for the tours
– Assistance for visa/residency

How to Apply:
All applicants must submit the following material to [email protected] with the subject ,,AUDITION’’, to be considered.
– A video link (YouTube or Vimeo) with no fancy editing and with appropriate dance wear attire. Please submit ballet class work and classical variation of your choice.
– A short contemporary variation (that could consist something drawn from repertoire, phrases from class work or an applicant-created work)
– A CV in pdf form, that includes your email address, postal address, height in cm, date of birth, citizenship, training and performance experience.
– A head shot photo
– 2 dance photos that reveal the dancer’s body proportions and lines.
– Video work should not be filmed too far away. Performance video is accepted if of good quality and filmed close-up.
Your application will not be processed unless all the required documents, photos and video links are attached and submitted. If the application it is as required, you will receive a response.
