Oklahoma City Ballet Company Audition Tour – Audition Dates January, February & March
Oklahoma City Ballet is holding auditions for the 2018 – 2019 performance season at several locations during our National Audition Tour. Registration opens 30 minutes prior to all audition times. Auditioning dancers should bring a resume, full body dance shot and headshot (please print your name on back of all photos) to the audition. Company audition fee is $10. Ladies should be prepared to dance center on pointe.
OKC Ballet offers 30-week contracts with competitive salaries, company-paid health insurance and physical therapy. Past repertoire includes Balanchine, Arpino, Tudor, Tharp, Nicolo Fonte, Jessica Lang, Helen Pickett, Amy Seiwert, Matthew Neenan, Stanton Welch, and Nacho Duato and full-length classics.

VIDEO AUDITIONS
We encourage interested applicants to audition in person by attending one of the open auditions. However, if your schedule does not permit you to attend one of the scheduled auditions, you may send a DVD or online video of your dancing. DVDs and Vimeo/YouTube links should include a minimum of one classical variation (ladies on pointe) and one contemporary variation, in addition to basic classroom center work.

- Vimeo/Youtube links with a resume, headshot and full body dance shot can be e-mailed to Mr. Underwood at [email protected].
After reviewing video auditions, the Oklahoma City Ballet will invite selected candidates to audition during company class. Auditions during company class will be by invitation only.
