The D Project are currently looking for 1 Dance Artist to take part in an R&D for their new work HEDGE. a new piece of Dance Theatre for children and families. The company will be looking for a Dance Artist to work with them for an initial 1 week development period as part of a commission from Dance City to develop this new production. There will be a further 2 week possible rehearsal period pending funding.

The D Project are looking for a technical, agile and versatile performer with strong character based skills, floorwork and experience in physical theatre. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the early stages of HEDGE, telling a story of a hedgehog and its journey to bravery.

Essential:
Dance Artist must have a dance degree or equivalent professional experience
Must be available for HEDGE sharing on 27th September
Must be North East based

Desirable: DBS Checked, Experience working with children

Rehearsals: August-September. Further Rehearsals: October (pending funding)

When: Friday 25th May 2018 10:30am- 3pm,
