Ballet BC is Seeking Full-Time and Emerging Artists for the 23/24 Season!

Ballet BC is seeking artists for its 2023/24 season!

1. Full-Time Artists: Ballet BC is seeking experienced dancers interested in a collaborative contemporary dance environment. Artists should possess both classical and contemporary training.

2. Emerging Artist Positions: Ballet BC is looking for graduates who have completed a professional training program to join the Ballet BC Emerging Artists Program. The program will take place during the company season (summer 2023 to summer 2024) and will provide Emerging Artists with a weekly salary.

Registration is now open for auditions in Vancouver, New York City, and Paris. It’s free to audition, register via the link below. Auditions will consist of ballet class and company repertoire. Pre-registration for auditions at all locations is mandatory.

Requirements:

The audition will consist of ballet class and learning of company repertoire.
Artists should bring their CV and two photos (one head shot and one full-body, marked with dancer’s name).

Artists will need to have prepared a 2-3 minute solo, and will need to have their music downloaded to their device.

There is no audition fee.

*Please note that only selected dancers will be invited to be seen in person at our Paris auditions.
