balletLORENT is looking for female dancer
Newcastle upon Tyne based Contemporary Dance Theatre company balletLORENT are looking for a versatile, generous and hard working professional female dancer to take on the role of Miner/Ensemble in their latest fairytale production, Snow White, which is currently touring the UK at mid-large scale. The successful applicant will also understudy Snow White.

The role will also involve working and performing with children, with a different cast of 12
children aged 6 – 9 years old join the professional cast at every venue that Snow White tours to. Touring will take place between September 5th 2016 and 30th November 2016 across the UK, with the possibility of ongoing work.
The successful applicant will be paid at Equity rates.
Applicant Requirements:
3 years professional dance experience preferred
Highly skilled as a physical performer
Theatrical ability is essential
Teaching experience and / or experience of working with children
Improvisational skills
