Bellanda Company is Seeking 5 Dancers for a New Project Cormons (Gorizia)
Bellanda Company announces an audition to select 5 dancers for a new project that will take place in Cormons (Gorizia).
We are looking for 5 male and / or female dancers who will be part of the staff and join the 3 already present dancers.
The project is entitled “Profumo d’Acacia” and has been selected for an artistic residence + co-production with A. Artisti Associati Gorizia within the ARTEFICI 2020 call; the debut will take place on 23 October 2020 as part of ‘SINAPSI 2020’. It will be a co-production between A. Artisti Associati Gorizia and Ce.Ri.Da. and will be created by the Bellanda Company under the artistic direction of Giovanni Gava Leonarduzzi.
What are we looking for:
– dancers with a versatile background and with a focus on breakdance, contemporary and experimental dance
– strong improvisation skills (a considerable part of the work will be entrusted to the individual skills of the dancer, the intuition and sensitivity of the dancers who will make up the staff will be enhanced)
– acrobatic skills
– availability to use the voice
– reliability (work ethic)
– have previous professional experience
Dates:
Rehearsals: from 1st to 22 October 2020 at the “Teatro Comunale” of Cormons
Show premiere: 23 October 2020 at the “Teatro Verdi” in Gorizia
Payment: forfet cachet of € 1,000 for each interpreter (rehearsals at the Teatro Comunale di Cormons with final performance October 23rd within the festival); board and lodging, at an affiliated facility, will be taken over by the Company and Organization.
Please note: Full availability is required for the period indicated above (from 1 October to 23 October 2020).
Audition: will be held on Sunday 30 August 2020 from 12:00 am to 4:00 pm at the “Teatro comunale” of Cormons (the space will be open and available from 11:00); participation in the audition is by invitation only; all expenses incurred to participate in the audition will be covered by the dancers.
