Company Christoph Winkler is seeking an Afro-American dancer (m/f) for an upcoming dance production based on the music of Julius Eastman. We expect a solid modern and contemporary dance background, as well as a love of improvisation and independent research.
Rehearsals and performances will take place in Berlin from November 5thuntil December 9th, 2018. Costs of accommodation and travel for this period will be reimbursed.
How To Apply: please send a short improvisation video to [email protected]. The video should be ca. 3-5 min long of a dance improvisation to music of your choice, unedited and with original sound. Showreels will NOT be looked at. Pleas only send online links (Vimeo, etc.), don’t forget the password. No video files per email please. The selection will be made on the basis of the video-application.
