Your Role:
As a Customer Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our members have a seamless and enjoyable experience on our platform. Your responsibilities include providing timely and effective support to our users, resolving their issues, and enhancing their overall experience with Dance Masterclass.

Your Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to account access, billing, and course navigation.
Provide clear and concise information about our products and services.
Collaborate with the technical team to address and resolve technical issues.
Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the product development team to improve user experience.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our course offerings and platform features.

Requirements:

Requirements:
Fluent in English (preferably a native speaker).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with customer support software and tools.
Passion for dance and knowledge of the dance industry is a plus.
Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred.
