De Dansers is looking for 1 male and 1 female professional dancer/performer

De Dansers is looking for 1 male and 1 female trainee or professional dancer/performer for the new production Binnenbeest (6+). A piece for a young audience about order and chaos.

De Dansers is looking for energetic dancers/performers with strong technical skills in modern dance and an open stage presence. Music/circus/other performance techniques on top of that are positive. The audition is also open for circus artist and physical performers with good skills in modern dance, partnering and floorwork.

We are looking for people that want to explore organic, theatrical ways of moving, collaborating with risk in order to show impulsive and emotional human behaviour. Applicants should be motivated to dance for a young audience and to perform not only in theaters, but also on streets, in classrooms and on festivals.

Audition date: Thursday 14th of july
Where: Jeugdtheaterhuis de Berenkuil Utrecht
Time: 10:00-ca.18:00 (different groups)
Call-back: 17th of july

Availability: December 2016 – May 2017 (part-time)
Rehearsals: December 2016 – February 2017
Tour: February 2017 – May 2017
