EBB Junior Ballet Madrid – Auditions 2026–2027
Elephant in the Black Box, the main professional company, is recruiting the next generation of dancers for its professional training program.
These auditions are open to young dancers who wish to discover and immerse themselves in the world of contemporary dance, within an international and creative environment.
The Junior Ballet program is designed as a bridge between training and professional life, offering dancers the opportunity to develop their technique, artistic identity, and understanding of contemporary creation.

Requirements:

Strong technical background in contemporary dance
Interest in working with international choreographers
Openness to improvisation and creative processes
Ability to engage in creation and research-based work
Strong motivation and artistic curiosity
