Gradient Contemporary Ballet Debrecen is Looking for Dancers
Gradient Contemporary Ballet Debrecen, the dance company of the Csokonai National Theatre Debrecen, is seeking male and female dancers for the 2026/2027 season.
We are looking for dancers with strong classical ballet and contemporary dance technique, artistic versatility, and a willingness to work within a dynamic theatre environment.
The audition will consist of a classical ballet class followed by a contemporary/modern technique class.
During the 2026/2027 season, the company’s repertoire will include two independent ballet productions, while company members will also perform in the theatre’s musical and opera productions.
Paid full-time contract for the 2026/2027 season.
We welcome applications from both Hungarian and international dancers.
Requirements:
Applicants are required to submit:
• CV / Résumé
• Full-body photograph
• A 1–1.30 minute contemporary solo or improvisation video
Selected applicants will be invited to attend the audition.

When:
9 July 2026 – Registration from 9:00 AM, Audition starts at 10:00 AM
