Hessisches Staatsballett is looking for experienced female and male dancers with an excellent classical and contemporary technique for its 2018/2019 season.
When: January 28 2018.
Where: The audition will take place at Hessisches Staatstheater Wiesbaden, Germany

The audition will be by invitation only. At this point there are no private auditions available.
Point work is mandatory for female dancers.

Hessisches Staatsballett is the joined dance company of Staatstheater Darmstadt and Hessisches Staatstheater Wiesbaden. Next to creations by ballet director Tim Plegge, the company’s repertoire includes works by Edward Clug, Alexander Ekman, Itzik Galili, Marco Goecke, Crystal Pite, Damien Jalet, Marcos Morau, Wayne McGregor, Hofesh Shechter and Richard Siegal amongst others.
The company consists of 28 dancers and produces approx. 3 new programs per season which are performed mainly in both home theaters (Hessisches Staatstheater Wiesbaden and Staatstheater Darmstadt). Hessisches Staatsballett is also regularly invited to perform abroad.
