Nova Linea Contemporary Dance is Looking for Dancers
Nova Linea Contemporary Dance (Milwaukee, WI) will be holding auditions for their fourth season starting August 2024 through April 2025. We are seeking highly trained dancers with a special emphasis on Contemporary, Modern, and Jazz techniques. Nova Linea is committed to diversifying our artists and welcomes people from all races, ethnicities, gender identities, and sexual orientations to audition. The first round of auditions will take place virtually, followed by an interview. Additional materials may be requested from you at a later date. Requirements:
-Be highly trained in contemporary dance, with a strong emphasis on classical modern and jazz techniques.
-Be at least 21. A BFA or BA in dance is highly encouraged and recommended.
-Be a U.S. Citizen and willing and able to relocate to Milwaukee, WI for the 2024-2025 season (from approximately August 2024 to April 2025). This is a contracted and paid position, with opportunities for more paid work by teaching at our workshops.
-Believe in and be willing to contribute to the vision and mission of Nova Linea Contemporary Dance.
-Submit all materials through Google Forms by Monday February 5th, 2024.
