Innopraktika School is a unique opportunity to showcase and develop your talent. For the sixth consecutive year, the choreographic session, supported by the Innopraktika Foundation, will take place at The Boris Eifman Dance Academy. The mission of this session is to foster cultural exchange.
The Grant covers all expenses:
– Accommodation in a 4-star hotel in the city centre
– Full board
– Visa & travel expenses
– Cultural and training program
What We Offer:
– Rehearsing in one of the most astonishing spaces https://eifmanballet.com/enterprises/academy
– The three-week program includes classical ballet lessons, contemporary dance techniques, and rehearsals of brand new dance pieces
– Collaboration with the students of Boris Eifman Academy’s from graduation and pre-graduation classes (ages 16-18), trained in classical and contemporary dance
– Costumes and props for the Gala performance
– Media design for performance (if needed)
– Professional photo and video shoot
In the free evenings, we provide a cultural program: visits to ballet theatres, exhibitions, and museums in St. Petersburg. Previous participants explored the Hermitage Museum, the Mariinsky Theatre, the Mikhailovsky Theatre, and more. All cultural activities are fully funded — the only costs for participants are medical (travel) insurance and pocket money.
Requirements:
Requirements for dancers:
– Professional dancers, suitably trained in classical and contemporary dance
– English level B2 or higher
– Age: 18-30
Requirements for choreographers:
– Professional choreographers
– English level B2 or higher
– Age: 21-35
