AUDITION ØRESUND is calling for dancers! 4 choreographers are seeking dancers for upcoming projects and pool.
                              
Danscentrum Syd in cooperation with Dansalliansen and Arbetsförmedlingen Kultur och Media, organizes an open audition for professional dancers. The aim is to involve the dance environment on both sides of Øresund.

This audition is intended for musical and show dancers.

We want to create a platform where professional dancers will get the opportunity to present themselves to choreographers and directors. Participating employers will meet and get to know the dancers on a more personal and honest level than most auditions offer.

We are proud to present the following choreographers and producers:

Signe Fabricius (DK)
René Vinther (DK)
Denise Holland-Bethke (S)
Malin Zaki (S)

The audition will be divided into two parts:

1. Jazz class with high level of technique and musicality with Tine Aspaas
2. Open workshop – dancers will be divided into smaller groups and given the opportunity to work closer with the choreographers.

For the open workshop, dancers will be divided into groups of 6-7 people and meet all 4 choreographers.

During the day there will be opportunities for talking and networking. We offer coffee, tea and snacks during the day.

When: January 23rd, 2017 from 9 o’clock
Where: Inkonst and Danscentrum Syd, Bergsgatan 29, Malmö

Deadline for application: December 9th, 2016.
