Rest in Motion 2026 – Somatic Dance Intensive in Lefkada, Greece

A 16-day somatic dance immersive program in Lefkada, Greece, exploring embodiment, fluidity, and relation through Body-Mind Centering®, improvisation, experiential anatomy, and artistic practices.

Rooted in embodied awareness, the program explores the dynamic relationship between rest and activity through somatic movement, experiential anatomy, dance improvisation, and artistic practices.

Structured in two complementary cycles—Somatic Art Practice® with Marina Tsartsara and a site-specific marine workshop with Eleonora Parello—participants engage with the nervous system, fluids, and developmental movement processes, both on land and in the sea.

The experience unfolds within a supportive group field and shared living environment, as a continuous process of sensing, moving, and relating—with oneself, others, and the natural landscape.
