Rhiannon Faith is Looking for Two Dance Theatre Performers

Olivier-Award Nominated Rhiannon Faith Company is looking for 2 dance theatre performers to join the company, for the creation and tour of a powerful new mid scale work.

Rhiannon Faith Company’s new work is a wild, tender and physically thrilling dance theatre show
about female power, protest and standing up for the vulnerable and marginalised. It will take inspiration from autobiographical experiences, biblical references and global stories of female activism. It is a piece of feminist protest art which will invite difficult conversations on urgent topics impacting our society and fight for change, tenderly.

This is an invitation to engage deeply with a challenging and socially urgent piece of work, rooted in truth, care, and emotional honesty. We are looking for artists with a unique and physically exceptional capacity, who are also kind, compassionate, and able to work collaboratively within an autobiographical, emotionally honest process. RFC creates raw, honest, and socially responsive dance-theatre. This new work will continue in that tradition, inviting emotional depth, vulnerability, and integrity from its performers.

ABOUT THE ROLE
To take part in the devising, creation and tour of a new mid scale dance theatre show.
Both roles are to play multiple female characters, and we are looking to present a wide and inclusive representation of the global female experience.

AUDITION WORKSHOP CONTENT

The audition workshop will be a chance for us to get to know candidates as performers and people, and for candidates to get to know the company, and have an insight into our creative processes; so we can make sure that this project is the right fit for each other.
