SA NAU Professional Training Program – Audition 26/27

This is a program lasting between one and three academic years for students who wish to pursue a professional career in dance (depending on their previous level).

The program consists of 10 to 15 classes per week, totaling between 17 and 23 teaching hours per week.
Our program consists of compulsory classes in:

• CLASSICAL DANCE
• CONTEMPORARY DANCE
• REPERTOIRE
• IMPROVISATION
• CONTEMPORARY ACROBATICS
• GUEST TEACHERS

We offer comprehensive training with daily classes in the main disciplines and complementary subjects, accompanied by ongoing guidance and quarterly assessments.

We guide students in preparing for entrance exams and professional auditions, and provide them with a free creative space for rehearsals and their own projects.

Each quarter, students participate in Nit Satèl·lit, where they present pieces created together with the teaching staff and guest teachers.

How to register:

Phase 1:
• Send your application to our email address [email protected] with the following information:

o A recent video of ballet (barre and center exercises, including tendus, jetés, adagio, pirouettes, jumps, and any other relevant material) and contemporary dance (improvisation, phrase, or a live performance).
If you have no experience in either of these two disciplines (students coming from theater or circus), you can explain this in your application. This material allows us to assess your current level and guide you appropriately within the program.

o A letter of motivation explaining your background, your goals, and why you want to join the program. This document helps us get to know your profile and guide you appropriately in your training process.

o A brief artistic resume that includes your training background, stage experience, relevant workshops or courses, and any additional information related to your development as a performer.

If you pass this first phase, you will be notified by the administration to proceed to the second phase.

2nd Phase:
Personal interview, which may be conducted in person or online. This interview allows us to get to know you better, answer any questions, and assess your suitability for the program, thus ensuring that the training support we provide is consistent with your goals and needs.
At this stage, an online/in-person dance audition or additional information may be required
