Sarah Mck Fife choreographer is looking for four female dancers and two apprentices for her next creation called HAEAR (45 mn piece for five dancers).

The working periods will be during February-March (part of the group) and then September-October 2020. A premiere is scheduled during the Festival Antigone (Brussels), taking place in November 2020.

Required Profile:

Excellent contemporary technique required.

Dancers with a great sensitivity and a particular movement’s quality.

Open to improvisation and experimentation.

A certain ease with voice on stage is a plus.

We are looking for dancers with mid-length (shoulders), long hair.

Note of intent:

At the beginning of this new creation is a long research project on hair, which it symbolizes and conveys through different historical, philosophical, artistic and religious contexts…

It will be question of using movement to put the hair in the abyss, considering, in a change of perspective, the body as an extension of the hair.

Two audition sessions are planned:

• 3rd November in Brussels, Belgium
• 8th November in Paris, France

The Locations and times of the auditions will be communicated to the selected candidates (plan the day).
