Shaper/Caper, led by Award-Winning Choreographer and First Ever Artist in Residence at BBC Radio 2 Thomas Small, are Looking for 1 Dancer
Shaper/Caper, led by multi award-winning choreographer and first ever Artist in Residence at BBC Radio 2 Thomas Small, are looking for one dancer to work alongside 4 other dancers and join a high-profile mass participation project in Scotland in September. This project features up to 500 performers aged between 8 and 30 and an audience of 10k. Audition is by invitation only. Applicants should have excellent technical and performance skills. Due to the event being a Year of Young People event, performers need to be aged under 30.
Applicants must be available for the following dates:
14th to 24th August and 3rd to 14th September 2018. Performance is on 14th September. Rehearsals will take place in Dundee, Scotland.
Equity minimum weekly wage plus allowances for travel, accommodation, per diems etc.
Audition: The audition will take place from 10am to 5pm on: Wed 4th July in Dundee and Fri 6th July in London. Please ensure you are available on one of these audition dates.
