Sonia Plumb Dance Company is seeking to employ Principle dancer and Rehearsal director as a full-time position open for the 2018/2019 season.
Sonia Plumb Dance Company is seeking to employ one nonimmigrant worker (H1-B classification) as a principle dancer and Rehearsal director in the occupational classification of Dancer SOC code: 27-2031.
Full-time position open for the 2018/2019 season. Salary ranging from $31,221 – $37,000 per year. the Period of employment will be for approximately 2 years 10 months and 28 days beginning as soon as October 1, 2018 and the H1-B nonimmigrant worker shall be employed by Sonia Plumb dance Company, 224 Farmington Avenue, Hartford, CT 06106.

Salary ranging from $31,221 – $37,000 per year contract commencing October 1st 2018.

Overseas applicants encouraged due to opportunity to sponsor H1-B Visa.

Applicants should have a solid background in Contemporary, Modern, Ballet and Partnering with a unique movement voice. Openness to collaborate and explore through improvisational tasks a plus.
