Spark Movement Collective seeks well-rounded, athletic female and male dancers
Spark Movement Collective (Spark) seeks well-rounded, athletic female and male dancers with a background in modern and ballet for its 2016-2017 Season. Spark is looking for dancers with strong stage presence, clean technique, precise movement, and the ability to give creative input while picking up steps quickly. A private audition will be held the evening of Friday, May 20th from 6:00-7:15pm in Midtown. To apply for the audition please email your resume, headshot, and a link to dance footage to:

Rehearsals are regularly held on Mondays from 6:00-9:00pm with one additional weekly rehearsal scheduled around dancer and studio availability. Dancers must be available to perform on November 11th and 12th at the Actors Fund Arts Center in downtown Brooklyn and have the potential to tour October 20th-24th.
Spark’s mission is to create an accessible dance experience by approaching universal concepts and issues, working with multi-disciplinary artists, and fostering a positive, creative environment for dancers. To learn more about Spark visit www.sparkmovementcollective.
Dancers will receive a small stipend for participating in performances on November 11th and 12th, in addition to performing in any other shows that are produced by Spark (ie not showcases or festivals).
