Syracuse City Ballet is Looking for Diverse Dancers to Join the Company

Syracuse City Ballet is looking for diverse dancers, hardworking artists who are seeking to develop their technique and artistry. Dancers must have strong classical training and some contemporary experience. We are a non-profit organization that does not discriminate on the basis of race, religious creed, ancestry, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, ethnicity, or national origin.

APPLICANTS MUST HAVE AUTHORIZATION TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES

The audition will consist of ballet class. Dancers must come prepared with ballet/pointe shoes. Some dancers may be asked to perform pas de deux exercises together.

When: SUNDAY FEBRUARY 15, 2020 – 3 PM

Where: MMAC STUDIOS – 248 W 60TH ST, STUDIO 5, NYC, NY

30 week Contracts & Apprenticeships are available for male and female dancers.

How to Apply: PRE REGISTRATION VIA EMAIL IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED. We ask dancers to submit a headshot, dance shot, and detailed resume of their current and past dance training and study, and work/performance experience. Please include AGE and HEIGHT.
