Tanzcompagnie G.H. Theater Görlitz-Zittau is Looking for Male Dancers for the 2024/25 Season
The designated director of the dance company of the G.H. Theater Görlitz-Zittau, Massimo Gerardi is holding an audition for dancers (male) for the 2024/25 season.
The Dance Company of the G.H. Theatre Görlitz-Zittau is a 10-member company that creates two new dance premieres every theatre season and dances in revivals, musicals and cross-over productions. Guest choreographers are also planned for the coming seasons.
The Gerhart-Hauptmann-Theater Görlitz-Zittau produces musical theatre for the entire cultural region of Upper Lusatia-Lower Silesia. With opera, operetta, musical and dance performances as well as concerts by the Neue Lausitzer Philharmonie, the Görlitz ensemble also regularly performs in Bautzen, Hoyerswerda, Kamenz and other locations in the cultural region. The director of the Gerhart-Hauptmann-Theatre Görlitz-Zittau is Dr Daniel Morgenroth.

Professional Contemporary dancers with ballet skills
Where:
The audition will take place on Saturday, 6th of April 2024 in Mannheim (Germany) and is organized in cooperation with the ZAV-Künstlervermittlung TANZ.

How to Apply:
Professional Contemporary dancers with ballet skills are expressly invited to send in advance a CV and a video link of one or more contemporary choreographies (max. 5 minutes) to the following e-mail address: [email protected]
After an initial selection through the submitted videos, selected candidates will be invited to the live audition in Mannheim (exact location to follow). The live audition includes ballet training, contemporary training and the learning of choreographic sequences.
