Tanzkompanie G.H. Theater Görlitz-Zittau is Looking for a Contemporary Female Dancer
Massimo Gerardi, designated director of the dance company of the G.H. Theater Görlitz-Zittau (Germany), is organising an audition for contemporary female dancers – apprentice or experienced – for the 2024/25 season.
ABOUT THE OFFERED CONTRACT:
-either as a solo/group dancer – the fee is based on the fees of publicly subsidised German theatres
-or as an apprentice – for graduates of dance programs in the school year 23/24 – this fee is based on the usual offer in this type of contract at publicly subsidised German theatres.
Requirements:
Contemporary female dancers with ballet skills (no pointe work required), either apprentices or experienced dancers.
Where:
The audition will take place in the rehearsal space of the dance company at Theater Görlitz/Germany
When:
The audition will take place ONLY BY INVITATION on Sunday, 26 May 2024 at 10:00h
How to Apply:
Contemporary female dancers with ballet skills are invited to send a CV and a video link of two or more contemporary choreographies (max. 3 minutes – no improvisation) to the following e-mail address:
After an initial selection based on the submitted video, the candidates will be invited to a live audition. This will include a contemporary class and choreographic sequences.
