The Paris Opera is Holding it’s Annual Auditions for Dancers to Join the Company
The audition is open to candidates aged between 16 and 26 years old on the date of audition.
A pre-selection will be processed on the basis of the candidate’s file.
The audition will comprise: Eliminatory first part: dance class; Second round: classical variation, selected from Paris Opera repertoire; the compulsory programme will be published one month before the audition.
When: Auditions will take place on Friday 6 July 2018
Where: Palais Garnier in Paris.
How To Apply: please complete the form online: https://www.operadeparis.fr/en/form/entrance-competition-for-the-company-2018 and load the requested documents: passport copy; a CV; two full-length pictures (women: en pointe, tunic and tights – men: on demi-point, tee shirt and tights) in piqué arabesque en pointe, retiré genou and a portrait.
Closing date for application: Friday 15 June 2018.
