Weekend Workshop with Dunja Jocić
In the workshop, using Jocić’s current work, we will be exploring tools that help bridge the gap between a body-based performativity and the process of present thinking to create reality in movement. Through a fostered collaborative environment, we will aim to gain a deeper understanding of the interdependence between the body and the mind. This workshop is designed for professional dancers and advanced level students. Each day will begin with an improv-based warm-up. Limited number of participants. Housing, food and travel are not provided.

Dunja Jocić, who is based in Amsterdam, works to create meticulous choreography that envelops human behavior. She plays with questions surrounding transhumanism and the shifted perspectives of existence.
