WeftWorks is Seeking 4 Dancers with Classical or Contemporary Training

WeftWorks is seeking four dancers (three females and one male) with classical or contemporary training for Mistress of the Maze, a dance theater piece exploring the Minoan roots of the ancient Greek myth of Ariadne, the Labyrinth, and the Minotaur. The piece features dancers in contemporary, stylized masks and costumes based on Minoan iconography like the sacred bull, the Minoan genii, and the Mistress of Animals. This performance is part of Fringe 2017.

Auditions Dates:
Friday, July 21 5-7 PM or
Saturday, July 22 from 9-11 AM

There is a performance stipend offered. The rehearsal period is unpaid and begins August 6, with a time commitment of about 3-4 hours/week until the performance week in September.
