Gary Rowntree requires 2 new dancers for a research and development period
Gary Rowntree | Dance is an emerging dance company based in Belfast, Northern Ireland and requires two new dancers for a research and development period. Both male and female dancers are encouraged to apply for the development of a new duet that will be created for performances in late 2016 and potential 2017.
The project will take place from the 18th July for one week in Belfast.
Applicants must have 3 years professional dance training, excellent contemporary dance technique and improvisational skills. Excellent skill and experience in partnering and contact work. Dancers must also be confident in devising and have the ability to learn and retain movement material quickly. Previous experience in highly physical work, theatre and use of text is also required.
