“Through mostly improvisation the workshop will focus on finding a sense of totality within the body, but doing so in a sustainable and economic way.
We will work with physical – and perhaps emotional – starting points, to help explore these possibilities, and I will occasionally introduce set exercises in order to find this ‘economic totality’ within the movement material.”
