The Limón Dance Company is Seeking Male and Female Dancers and Apprentices to Join the Company for 2018-2019
The Limón Dance Company is seeking male and female dancers to join the company for the 2018-2019 Performance and Touring Season. Repertory includes new contemporary works as a well as José Limón’s classics. Company members are curtural ambassadors and, as such, participate in arts education activities and community engagement across the U.S and across the world.
Experience / familiarity with Limón technique preferable.
Must be mature, dedicated, eager to learn, musical, a fantastic mover with strong partnering skills.
Paid positions as well as unpaid apprenticeship positions. Compensation based upon experience.
Auditions are by invitation only.
When: June 4th 2018 10am-5pm. Callbacks: June 5th (women) and 6th (men)
