Apprentice Dancers Auditions for CCN Ballet National de Marseille – (LA)HORDE
The CCN Ballet national de Marseille – Artistic direction (LA)HORDE – Marine Brutti – Jonathan Debrouwer – Arthur Harel is recruiting 5 dancers under a special apprenticeship contract for the season 2020/2021. The dancers will work on dance creations as well as performances and films.
The apprenticeship contract allows the dancers to integrate the last year of the curriculum for national graduate program “Diplôme National Supérieur Professionnel de Danseur (DNSPD)” at the Pôle National Supérieur Danse – Rosella Hightower, professional training center Dance Theater and Voice.
Contract
11 months apprenticeship contract from September 2020 to July 2021 with the wage established by the national agreement for apprenticeship.
The apprenticeship contract is only open to EU and European Economic Area citizens or to dancers with a valid french residence permit.
Required profiles
All applicants must have a strong working knowledge of Ballet and Modern dance techniques and to be graduates in higher dance education to access the last year of the DNSP.
The selection will be based on the artistic personnality of the dancers, their improvisation skills and open-mindedness to different artistic practices.
Audition
Saturday April 4th on the afternoon and Sunday 5th all day at the Ballet national de Marseille – 20, bd de Gabès 13008 Marseille.
The audition consists of both classical and contemporary dance courses, creation and transmission workshop and an interview.
It is up to the applicants to present a free variation or one from the repertoire.
The schedule will be communicated by email, in the invitation.
