Lîla Dance are Looking for a New Professional For Their New Outdoor Show ‘My Bit’.

Lila Dance are looking for 4 professional dancers for a period of R&D into our new outdoor show My Bit. You must have strong skills in contemporary technique, excellent contact skills, be confident with performing in an outdoor context, text work and encouraging an audience to interact. My Bit will explore to current climate surrounding Brexit including borders, belonging, displacement, ownership and what ultimately unites/divides communities.

We particularly encourage applications from BAME, disabled and diverse dancers. If you have any access requirements please contact Lou to discuss. We may be able to support additional access costs.

This is a paid position (£500 per week) and accommodation will be provided and travel costs covered for the period of R&D (within the UK) for the 4 successful dancers. Please note we cannot reimburse travel costs for the audition.

Monday 12th– Friday 16thAugust 2019 at Chichester University

Monday 19th– Saturday 24th August 2019 at Chichester University

Monday 9thSeptember – Saturday 14th2019 venue TBC

When: Friday 12th July 2019 10.30am – 6pm
