Seoul Metropolitan Ballet is Seeking up to 20 Season Dancers
Seoul Metropolitan Ballet, Korea’s public contemporary ballet company, is seeking up to 20 Season Dancers for its 2026–2028 season.
Selected dancers will participate in the company’s productions and related programs, performing works by internationally renowned choreographers including Sharon Eyal, Alexander Ekman, Hans van Manen, Ohad Naharin, Johan Inger, and Kang Hyo-hyung.
The engagement period is from September 2026 to August 2028.
Requirements:
• Professional dancers aged 18 or older
• Strong foundation in classical ballet and contemporary movement
• Female applicants must be able to perform pointe work
• Applicants must be available to participate in Seoul Metropolitan Ballet productions and related activities throughout the engagement period
Where:
Seoul Metropolitan Ballet Studio, Nodeul Island, Seoul, Republic of Korea
Applicants currently affiliated with an overseas dance company or organization, or enrolled at an overseas educational institution, may complete the first-round audition by video. Applicants who pass the video review must attend the second-round audition in Seoul in person.

Applications must be submitted online through the Seoul Metropolitan Ballet Audition Application Portal on the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts website.
