ADDA Professional Training Program in Barcelona

The Professional Training Program is designed for dancers aged 17–23 who aspire to become professional performers.

The program provides individualized guidance through a comprehensive curriculum that integrates technical excellence, artistic development, and psycho-emotional growth.

From the first year, students work closely with directors, choreographers, and guest artists. Creation, rehearsals, and performance opportunities are integrated into every academic year, progressively building toward a professional company environment.

By the third year, dancers are fully immersed in a company-style structure, including original creations, a full performance season, and professional internships.

Training Structure
Daily: Ballet & Contemporary technique (6.5 hours total training per day)
Weekly: Improvisation, Composition, Rehearsals, Acting, Psycho-emotional Mentoring, Pilates, Gyrokinesis, Yoga, Somatic Work, Pointe & Conditioning
Monthly: Workshops, Masterclasses & Residencies with international artists

Classical Ballet (barre & center: tendus, jetés, adagio, pirouettes, jumps, etc.)

Contemporary or Improvisation (max. 2 minutes)

Step 3 – Submit
