Opencall: Arterie 2026/2027 International Training & Research Program in Contemporary Dance
ARTERIE is a contemporary dance programme that brings together internationally renowned choreographers and artists, and is presented for the first time in Tuscany as a structured programme of advanced training and artistic research, hosted by Hdemia Krilu’.
The programme is designed as an intensive immersive experience, organised into weekend modules during which participants explore techniques, creative tools, and artistic approaches drawn from leading European and international dance contexts.
ARTERIE was created as a pilot project with the aim of bringing a high-quality training opportunity to Tuscany, combining advanced education with artistic research while nurturing a community that values not only performance, but also the creative process itself.
Classes and workshops explore the following areas:
• Contemporary dance technique;
• Improvisation;
• Movement research and composition;
• Choreographic language;
• Choreographic composition and repertoire.
