Akram Khan is seeking professional performers to cast his next production, Project Alchemist.

Due to the nature of this production, we are looking for female-identifying performers between 20 and 45 years old, with strong improvisation skills and a foundation in ballet.
The selected dancers from the audition must be available for 3 weeks of rehearsals from 8 May 2023, and to tour with the Company from November 2023 and through to 2025.
Audition is by invitation only and we will be shortlisting dancers as follows:
The selected group of dancers are required to attend the audition from Monday 13 – Friday 17 February 2023.
So please be aware that you will be required to stay five consecutive days in total. Daily per diems will be paid to
dancers coming from outside of London to help with expenses.
Selection:
A small pool of dancers will be invited to attend the 5-day audition. You will be notified by email on Monday 30 January 2023.

— Please complete the Google Audition Application Form, and attach your CV and Cover Letter outlining why you would like to work with the company.
— Please add the link of one recent performance video in the assigned field of the application form. The video must not exceed 3 minutes and must be good quality. Please make sure it includes performance footage as well as rehearsal/studio footage. You must be clearly and completely visible. If there are other performers in the film make sure you give clear indications of who you are and the section you perform in the assigned “Notes” field on the application form.
