Joshua Monten Dance Company is looking for up to three dancers for two new outdoor productions which will take place between January and August 2023 in Bern, Switzerland.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Full-time, paid rehearsals and performances will take place mainly in Bern during the following time periods (subject to confirmation):
—16 January and 25 February 2023 (4 weeks total)
—14 March – 16 June 2023 (10 weeks total)
—17 August – 3 September 2023
—31 October – 5 November 2023
Requirements:
—We’re looking for professional contemporary dancers who are inventive, theatrically gifted, have a strong sense of musicality and at least two years of full-time professional experience.
—Many of our performances and rehearsals will take place outdoors in forests and parks, so a willingness to work under unusual conditions is important.
—Experience in hip hop, house, parkour or folk dance would be a plus.
—Candidates of all ethnic backgrounds and genders are expressly welcome to apply.
Additionally, we’re looking for students in their last year of study and recent graduates who would like to complete an internship with our company.
