Klaipėda State Music Theatre is Looking for Male and Female Dancers
The Ballet Company of the Klaipėda State Music Theatre is seeking charismatic and versatile male and female dancers for the 2026/2027 season, starting in August 2026 under the new artistic direction of Gianvito Attimonelli.
We offer the opportunity to join a highly dynamic and ambitious company based in a newly built theatre in Klaipėda, Lithuania’s only seaport city, located within walking distance of the Baltic Sea coast.
The company consists of 24 dancers and presents an internationally acclaimed repertoire featuring works by leading choreographers such as Alexander Ekman, Edward Clug, Robert Bondara, Martynas Rimeikis, and Gaj Žmavc. These productions have received strong critical acclaim, awards, and significant audience recognition.
The upcoming season will also include new productions by renowned choreographers such as Annabelle Lopez Ochoa, Marcel Leemann, Martynas Rimeikis, Agnija Šeiko, and others.
Requirements:
Applicants should have:
• A strong foundation in classical ballet
• Contemporary dance technique
• Excellent partnering skills
