TEN WEEKS 2027 — Intensive Contemporary Dance Program | Madrid, Spain
TEN WEEKS is an intensive contemporary dance program taking place in Madrid from January 11 to March 20, 2027, designed for dancers and movement practitioners who wish to deepen their physical practice, explore new creative approaches and develop their artistic voice.
Over ten weeks, participants engage in a full-time program combining contemporary dance training, somatic practices, improvisation, composition, partnering, movement research and artistic creation.
The program offers a space for individual exploration and collective research, encouraging participants to expand their movement possibilities, develop their creative autonomy and explore the relationship between movement, space and performance.
Throughout the program, each participant develops an original short artistic work, individually or collaboratively, leading to a final site-specific performance. The journey also includes dedicated workshops in Improvisation, Composition & Dramaturgy and Movement Research & Creation.
Led by the international teaching team of Tejido Conectivo, TEN WEEKS brings together dancers from different backgrounds in a supportive and challenging artistic environment.

Requirements:
Previous experience in dance or movement practice is required. Formal professional dance education is not necessary. We welcome motivated applicants from diverse movement backgrounds who are interested in contemporary dance, somatic practice, improvisation and artistic research.
Admission is based on an application form, a movement video and an individual online interview.
