Shaun Keylock Company Seeks Male Dancer for 2023/24 Season
Join one of the Pacific Northwest’s most provocative contemporary dance companies. Shaun Keylock Company, based in Portland, Oregon, USA, is seeking a male dancer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join the company for the 2023/24 season.
SKC offers an independent, part-time contract; $5,000-$8,000 USD annual salary.
Dancers rehearse approximate 12-18 hours per week and perform 3-4 times per year in addition to teaching opportunities and both regional and national touring.
Requirements:
– Dancers must have a minimum of three years of professional dance experience to apply.
– Dancers must be available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 10am to 3pm, plus occasional nights and weekends for performances and events.
– While SKC is not limited to hiring only Portland based dancers, the company cannot provide US visas, travel, accommodations, or other living expenses in connection with this audition or future employment with the company.
